2014 GMC Sierra 1500 Service/Owner manual

2014 GMC Sierra 1500 Service/Owner manual - GM has substantially refreshed both full-size trucks for 2014, Sierra and Chevy Silverado his cohorts. Both get new powertrains, cabins are nicer, heavier styling, and a raft of new safety features and infotainment. As a result, they landed closer in our overall rankings for our current benchmark, the Ford F-150 and Ram 1500.

All three machines can work with rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive, and a six-speed with A/T (with 'cruise grade braking' feature to reduce brake wear) that are offered across the line. This is not an eight-speed, and it was fine, because it was staged to deal with the torque available in the best way possible. All models get electric power steering, and four-wheel disc brakes with brake rotor life long special standard across the Type line. The Sierra ride quality is a little better than before, it is the wheel that gets our attention, with quick reflexes and weight just right.

All Sierra get air conditioning, keyless entry, and AM / FM radio with 4.2-inch color screen. IntelliLink connectivity system is optional on the GMC Sierra, which combines Bluetooth connectivity with voice-command full streaming Bluetooth audio, Pandora apps, and navigation are available, with an eight-inch touch screen reconfigurable. A 110-volt AC outlet is also offered, and some models include up to four 12-volt outlets and five USB ports, and SD card slot. Blu-Ray DVD player and seating configurations are available.
